On December 5, in Mykolayiv, there took place a solemn graduation ceremony of the “Ukraine-Norway” project participants, who are the military officers transferred to the reserve, the ATO participants and the members of the military families.

 

On December 5, in Mykolayiv, there took place a solemn graduation ceremony of the “Ukraine-Norway” project participants, who are the military officers transferred to the reserve, the ATO participants and the members of the military families.

For 3,5 months the participants have undergone retraining in the specialty "Entrepreneurship and Information Technologies in the sphere of small and medium business", have developed individual business plans and projects related to small business, passed a cycle of trainings on social and psychological adaptation.
The graduation was attended by the advisor, deputy head of the mission of the Norwegian Embassy - Frederic Arthur; IFSA President - Volodymyr Rubtsov; Director of the Institute of Post-Graduate Studies, Black Sea National Petro Mohyla University - Anna Nord; representatives of the NGO "Conversion of Military Personnel", university professors.
All the graduates were awarded a joint diploma from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Defense of Norway, a joint certificate from Nord University (Norway) and Black Sea National Petro Mohyla University, certificate of improvement of qualification of the Black Sea National Petro Mohyla University.
We hope that the knowledge, experience and personal qualities obtained during the participation in the project will become a good starting point for the graduates as start-up entrepreneurs, and their interesting and promising business plans will be implemented.
