In the spring semester of 2017 in the Odessa region, the project "Ukraine-Norway" was implemented in the Dobroslav city (Lyman district, Odessa region). There were the following project partners engaged: South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K. Ushinsky, NGO "Odessa Black Sea Center for Conversion of Military Personnel" in close cooperation with the local NGO "Veterans of the ATO of the Lyman" and the district administration. For the first time in the "Ukraine-Norway" project, a social partnership of government, business and the local community was formed. As a result, a high level of motivation and self-organization of the participants was achieved. The most interesting business projects of the graduates received funding from the local budget and were supported by the international organizations. In support of the above, we present the presentation-report of the NGO "Veterans of the ATO of the Lyman", which was used by the project graduate and its leader Vladimir Kalyuzhny during their speech at the Third Scientific and Practical Symposium "Norwegian-Ukrainian Cooperation: Education, Research and Business" in Lviv, May 22, 2017.
