Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs continues independent quality monitoring of Ukraine-Norway Project


During the period from November 27 to December 7 representatives of consulting company ISSAT (Switzerland) shall visit Ukraine in order to assess the quality of Ukraine-Norway Project implementation. The Project quality monitoring is a scheduled action, which is ensured by ISSAT Company according to the agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway. In October and November 2018 the monitoring mission`s representatives processes the materials provided by the NORD University and International Foundation for Social Adaptation (on the basis of output provided by all Project partners). The next stage of assessment:

meetings with executors of the Project on-site (working meetings with representatives of NORD University and IFSA, conduction of focus groups with coordinators, lecturers, psychologists, trainers of the Project from Ukrainian universities and NGOs);

conduction of focus groups with graduates of the Project;

meetings with representatives of organizations and agencies engaged in the Project, social adaptation of military officers and ATO participants, and in the process of establishment of cooperation between Ukraine and Norway.


During the visit to Ukraine ISAAT representatives will work in the following cities: Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zaporizhzhya, Ivano-Frankivs’k, Lviv, Odesa and Mykolayiv.
