Partners to the Project on Retraining and Social Adaptation of Military Officers and Their Family Members in Ukraine (Ukraine-Norway) are the Universities and non-governmental organizations (NGOs) of veterans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, ATO and Joint Forces operation participants and other law-enforcement agencies.
Coordination of all international projects on prefessional and social adaptation of military officers in Ukraine is ensured by the The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine with the participation of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
The representatives of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and representatives of military units are actively engaged to events on social adaptation of Project participants.
Local state administrations, employment centers, business representatives, socially active NGOs and international organizations assist to Project implementation.
The main contractors of the Project in each region are the universities and NGOs with which the IFSA conclude relevant agreements on each semester.

Interacting with other NGOs, command of military units on the ground, the city administrations, partner organizations do a great job related with the formation of groups of project participants, promoting employment, social - psychological adaptation of the officers and their family members.
